BACF was founded in 2005 by Dr. Maria R. Ruiz who has provided over 25 years of psychological, behavioral, and consulting services to the Central Florida community. Dr. Ruiz created BACF to address the community’s growing need for comprehensive behavioral health services through integrated psychological, mental health, family, and behavioral programs.

Applied behavior analysis services

The REACH program provides applied behavior analysis treatment and consultation to children with developmental disabilities and learning and behavioral challenges. Our staff work directly with children and also provide training to parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure that each child has an individualized, cohesive plan of care. Our treatment focuses on teaching children the skills they need to improve their behavior. Programs may target communication, adaptive, social, or academic skills. Each child’s program is individualized and data is collected and analyzed throughout the treatment process to ensure that progress is being made. Parents are integral part of the treatment process and a valued member of their child’s care.

Careers

Innovtative agency seeks BCBAs, BCaBAs, and behavior technicians with experience working in Early Intervention programs for children with disabilities.

  • Must have experience working with families and as part of treatment teams.
  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree is Psychology or related field with experience in ABA required.
  • Certified professionals should also have experience writing behavioral programs and supervising behavioral technicians providing in-home and in-clinic services to this population.
  • This position will work directly with children with special needs and a federal background check is required.
